"The culture is all about putting on a show and fitting in. The work can be incredibly rewarding and the magic really does make this company impactful. However, it is also daunting to constantly feel like success is measured more so by the "look" of things than the work one puts in. "

"Great benefits and I believe fair pay as well but in the role I am in, there is not much emphasis on work life balance."
