"If you want to be where the action is, it takes a lot of hours. There is no work/life balance and managers have a hard time supporting this goal because of the rough deadlines."

"A lot of really great individuals work here, but as with any massive company, experience can vary widely across segments and departments. Even in female-majority departments, watch out for inequalities in pay, respect, and other areas. And remember, just because negotiation might be discouraged, doesn't mean it's not worth taking a shot."
