"I have not seen a lot of gender differences in this workplace because it is a gym in a hospital designed to help sick (and healthy) people stay fit. However, the biggest perk about working here is that you get a gym membership, which supposedly offsets the pathetic wage that they pay. Be prepared to set your boundaries regarding personal space if you wish to take full advantage of that perk."

"I feel that women are treated very fairly here. We have many women in leadership positions in all administrative / finance areas. We also have many female attorneys and partners. Our managing partner in Cleveland is Female too."
