There is a bit of the "Old Boys Club" mentality. A lot of the promotions are offered to friends. I would recommend voicing your opionions and ensure your ideas are shared.

I worked here for 2 years. The office was mainly male dominated and our team manager - male, made a lot of inappropriate jokes. Which didn't cater to all audiences. The business revolved around the people who had been with them the longest and didn't support new joiners very well.
