      "The flexible hours is a large part of Thoughtworks culture that supports women. It is the main reason I stay and it's vital to those in caregiving roles. Not only do they provide flex hours, but the culture (people's attitudes) are aligned. Tw culture is very good about kindness towards flex hours and no one fears actually using this benefit because it is deeply engrained in who we are. It's unique to see how this culture truly believes in getting work done efficiently, and still shifting hours around caregiving responsibilities."

      "Joining Thoughtworks more than four years ago continues to be a great career move for me. I work with energetic and innovative people from around the globe. My team and my lead are there to support me - and challenge me - when I need it. The work I do ebbs and flows between new projects and more standard activities so the variety of what I get to be a part of is always changing and motivating. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility I am able to have in managing my schedule across work and normal life. "
