"I feel encouraged and supported as a woman of color working here. I am encouraged by my manager and team to share my thoughts and perspective and they make sure to champion D&I at every touchpoint that they can in our work.
I continue to learn and grow everyday in my role and I'm excited to see where my career takes me."

"As a global company, it is inevitable that you will have meetings at odd hours. We are also still in the process of growing rapidly, so you definitely have to make sure life works for you. Despite late/early meetings, the company highly encourages work life flexibility, meaning that you have full control of your time. This can mean that you can schedule work out classes and doctor appointments in the middle of your day. The team is very understanding and the most important part is getting your work done at the end of the day rather than when you're doing so."
