The rules only apply to some women while others in a management position have a lot of leeway. Basically we all work for the men, we are underappreciated and most of us have become the office moms taking care of cleaning up after them in kitchen and copy rooms.

For the most part, women are treated the same as men. We have a good amount of women in leadership positions, which is helpful.

Flexible time is great, but there is a culture of needing to get work done at any cost. You don't necessarily need to be in the office at all times, but expect to work A LOT during nights/weekends if you need time to care for a family.

The flexibility to work from home isn't as they make it sound. They constantly want you on video which takes away from the flexibility of working from home.

March 2016

I worked here over 5 years and there were many women working at all levels up to President of North America and including several directors. Also was diverse. Women were treated fairly for the most part, with the usual challenges being limited, but still existing related to salaries. Advancement seemed fair.

There are some great people and leaders here, but the company is increasingly male-dominated. It is also not diverse and management doesn't take responsibility for creating a more accepting and inclusive environment. There are very few champions for women and minorities here.

May 2015

Honey, the politics are so vicious because the stakes are so low. Do not delude yourself about a "noble cause". There is no nobility here. Sadly, Health care is all about greed- doctors' greed, hospitals' greed, insurance greed, consultants greed, vendor greed.... So, do what you can and do not work twice as hard, or sacrifice the real life you have 'cause the good old/young guys will never really let you in. And, do not get seduced into attacking or otherwise growing at others' expense. Be kind.
