On the positive - It is a great company to work for. On the negative - Depending on your field of work within the company, there may be opportunities to engage your male counterparts to educate them on the fact that you are not their administrative assistant and the more difficult assignment should reflect your expertise and capabilities

This is a very specific situation, so I have no idea what Ellis Brigham is like in the shops or the offices. Nothing meant maliciously, just be ready for many jokes. The current manager is nice, and would listen if I went to him, but it's more effort that it's worth for me

Management is Male, Administration is Female....at first treatment was good.... management never came through with promises for sales leads and administration was definitely skewed to the men. OK but not Ideal place to work.
