It's a great place to work. Of course some things like flexibility depend on your boss but overall the culture is flexible.

Be prepared to work in male dominated facilites. Be honest and communicate concerns. There will be growing pains..be consistant and realize the world is changing and evolving and in time women will be treated as equals if we persevere. The company is trying to evolve and that means change...no one likes change!

The company is working very hard to be more friendly to working mothers. As we see more women entering that stage of their family, there are more and more mother's rooms opening.

Great company, great people. Many groups have flexibility with work hours and working from home. Permissive PTO approach is beneficial if you utilize it, although the policy is based on manager discretion. Initial starting pay is fair, but increases are not competitive with the market. Many women in leadership roles.
