Women’s rolls are still largely supportive and men still hold the majority of the leadership positions however that is changing.

July 2017

While quick to hire those with high potential to contribute to company success, they are slow to recognize your successes and slow to forget the times you may try but fail. Job roles aren't fully defined, which leaves employees feeling lost.

March 2016

In mid-level management positions, it is fairly equal distribution of men and women and women's voices truly to do seem to be heard. I do not feel there is an inherent difference in the ways women and men are viewed at this level. Working at the corporate headquarters or office is very different from the field level, where my experience lies.

I've worked as an intern and now will be starting as a full time employee in June. During my internship I observed there were lot of women working there specially in marketing department. I see Dell as an equal opportunity employer and had good gender diversity.
