      "Very hands-off type of approach from management, which is good (no micro-management). You do need to take initiative /go the extra mile to be noticed by leadership. Acquired by Singtel (Singapore), so there is some difference in thoughts on culture. Genuinely nice, hard-working people in an industry that will not be going away anytime soon...especially during uncertain times, the demand is still very high."
