"Woman here are judged on beauty. If you look good in photos, you'll be favored. You'll be given more opportunities and you'll also get more support and encouragement to grow your skills. Men have more room to be less attractive or overweight, but not the women."

"There is no flexibility given to the employees who have kids. Despite being a tech company, no one was allowed to work remotely. If you needed to be home, you had to use PTO.
I don't recall ever seeing anyone take time to go to the doctor or dentist... Not even to have their teeth cleaned. People were given 30 minutes for lunch and often ate at their desk. There was a full break room with a ping-pong and a foosball table. Yet, no one in my department had the opportunity to use it unless it was after work."
