"TTEC is actively buying out companies that align with it's business goals, so there will be many divisions that act differently. I haven't noticed anything in IT that's actively discriminating, although the bulk of engineers are white male as are the tech-leading C-levels they keep bringing on. There are no drawbacks to being a female engineer in my division, and TTEC as a whole has groups focused on promoting women in the industry. Their culture of overpromised tight deadlines and too little time off will make it a tough place for women with significant caretaker duties. Burn out is real and "self-care" requires time. "

"If you're looking for a place where there's women leaders, collaborative teams, global exposure and a creative culture - this is a great place for you.
My role happens to be remote - so I appreciate the opportunity to work from home. And at the same time I feel connected with the rest of the team - they aren't more than an IM away! "

"I have a team that understands we are a global company and provides me the flexibility to work as such. We also have seen women advance to the degree and level that they are willing to support. Our CFO, our Chief Sales Officer, and there are dozens of SVPs and VPs that are women... especially in operations. I'm proud to support TTEC as a women-friendly company."
