If you were offered a position, request a flex schedule when hired (if interested) and make sure it's upheld.

The company is slowing removing work-from-home policies. The office hours are 9am - 5:30pm and if you don't leave nearby the commute/traffic is awful. Some employees have flex time, but it isn't consistently offered to all employees.

Improve work-life balance, compensation and benefits (medical fertility benefits and paid leave would be great).

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Women and Men are treated equally, but I wouldn't recommend the employer based on the overall company culture. They do provide unpaid maternity leave and breaks for breast-feeding. However, the medical insurance covers 0% for fertility treatments...which is disappointing. It is a company that does business in the medical industry.

Maybe. Flexibility with the agile work environment is a big plus. Other shifts in the business make me hesitant to recommend the company to anyone.
