"In my 10+ years here I've enjoyed my career and have found no issues with moving up or laterally when I was ready for a change. Great flexibility as long as you are working your hours and completing your work/being respectful of your workplace etc. Just like anywhere, people who take advantage will get reprimanded as they should."

"Parental leave is available, I'm not 100% sure on the numbers but I know it's around 14 or so weeks, can vary by state laws as well, dependent on if it's birth or adoption etc. you can use PTO balance at the end if you want more time. Can do unpaid, but unsure of the limitations there. "

"Give it a try if you are doing what you like. Each team is like being with a different company in way. It's just when you want to start to be promoted that things might or might not start to get difficult. People aren't just promoted. You have to formally apply for the position and interview for it.
But I'm a telecommuter and I love working from home!"
