"Ultimate Software is a great place to work, regardless of the point in your career, just starting out or already established. I personally came into the company thinking this was just another job, but 10 years later, I now describe this as my career."

"Find out what the end of the quarter is like in the department you are joining. Some departments have good work life balance. Other parts of the company can be very stressful on a quarterly basis. "
