"Ultimate over all is very flexible however I am in role as a System Consultant that has deadlines and the time we are given to meet them makes it very hard to have any kind of work/life balance. "

"You won't find many other employers that can offer what we have at Ultimate Software. The company covers the cost of healthcare for your whole family. Not just you...your whole family. That by itself is very hard to find. If you think you might need family leave time at some point in the future, that is offered as well. If you want a company where you can grow, make a difference, be acknowledged, and be promoted--come join US! Be prepared to be called an UltiPeep (it's a term of endearment for all employees). Be prepared for an unbelievable culture of trust and openness. Be prepared to be waiting for the other shoe to drop...because everyone does at first...but it never will. Did I mention that innovation is valued as well? "

"There are some positions that require travel, and some that require different hours during different times of the year. However, in my 12+ years with company, I have seen that if an employee's needs change, a flexible solution can be found. I have seen women move from part-time to full-time, and also from full-time to part-time. I myself, went from traveling at least 75% to working from home."
