"Speak up and stand up for yourself but if you're in the field and not main HQ there's a 50/50 chance it might work against you."

"This is an excellent place for women. Women are well represented at all levels, with the exception of the C-level. They just established a new, generous maternity and adoption benefit, and most employees can have flexible hours."
