"I was initially a bit worried about starting my role here as the company is predominantly male. However, after being here over a year, I can tell you I've never had any kind of issue with that split. Of course, I would love to see more women on my engineering team, especially in leadership roles. But overall, we have built a great culture and this is a great place to work. "
