"Union Pacific is very focused diversity, including developing women at all levels of the management pipeline. They are deliberate at implementing programs and support to help women succeed. They are intentional at listening to employees, and they put action plans in place based on survey feedback. "

"It is a great company that the sky is the limit. You can succeed as much or as little as you like. You put in the time and effort and you will be rewarded here. Don't expect to be promoted because you are a women, expect to be promoted because of the work you do and the you earn it. "
