"If you take a consultancy position, be aware of what you likely will not receive as a result. You will not get maternity or sick leave, health insurance, educational allowances for your children, housing allowances, etc. Your salary will be higher but you'll have to take care of all other expenses yourself."

"The work is incredibly interesting and challenging, and there are definitely opportunities for advancement for women. However, the internal politics and stress from an intense deadline and pressure-filled environment ahead of nonstop global launches and summits will lead to burnout if you're not careful."
