I would tell her that the culture here is amazing. Everyone works hard but there is always time for laughing and enjoying work, which most people don't ever experience. They are extremely understanding when it comes to taking time off (whether for family reasons, personal, etc.) Everyone whether male or female is treated the same.

It is a good and moral company. The leadership truly cares about the employees. However, many of the policies are antiquated and need to reflect today's technologies and workforce.

Flexibility is available - as outlined by HR policies - but it is ultimately up to your manager to allow flexibility. Which, can be an issue, depending on your manager.

Paid weeks are only 2/3 pay. You are only allowed 12 weeks total.

Overall great company to work for but could do better with promoting more women into leadership positions.

In principle the company is really trying to get people to think about flexible hours, but there are many 'dinosaurs' working there that think work life balance means you flex your day 30 min to go to the bank before work and then compensate those 30 min in that same day. It is very outdated..... so it really depends on who you work for. I would suggest you carefully consider who is your line manager before joining. However with so much turnover, you may not have your boss too long.... mine quit before I started :-( and this impacted my experience.

The hours aren't really that flexible. If you can get a suitable schedule, stick to it. Benefits are expensive relative to pay and what you get.

Upper Management is mostly male dominated with few women. Efforts are being made to provide opportunities for women to be promoted. Certain positions are dominated by men and others by women. Breaking out of these is not impossible but requires determination.
