This is a small, mom-owned photography business. If other talented photographers wanted to join, I would tell them that this is the most family friendly job in the world!

The men you work with Will despise you. They can't stand the thought of having a woman in their midst someone who can do the same things they can do.

It's a work hard culture, but overall treats all employees well. You have the ability to make a difference and have impact. They care about culture and are attempting to make efforts to be more women friendly.

You are replaceable in this institution and you are indirectly and sometimes directly confronted with that. Just remember in the end, do your best by every patient you treat. They need the best care available and we shall advocate for them without avail.

Women are obviously the highlight of working in education and early childhood education. Take advantage of your role and grow as much as possible. Currently, the pay is not good, therefore, love what you do or don't be there, This place has a lot of potential but if you're a person that likes to hold your own and would benefit from flexibility, this may not be the place for you.

They are punitive and rigid -- even a trip to the emergency room is not considered enough of an emergency to avoid being dinged in your record. The time clock policies are draconian.

October 2015

I have worked here for over 5 years. There are women in several management positions but lesser in technical roles. That field is still dominated by men and it's hard to be heard/recognized. There are talks of diversity but it's a joke and looked down upon by many men.

The company gives great benefits for maternity leave. They take great consideration of you in terms of family emergencies. You're overall treated fairly assuming management isn't female and rather take advice from a male coworker with less experience, then I guess it's fair.
