"There is no disguising that the management is sexist and potentially racist. We only had one non-American coworker and he was often made to feel inferior in our meetings. He has since quit. There are only 2 women on our team. My supervisor being the other. I think she's simply used to the treatment and ignores the fact that her brother who is far less skilled is making at least 60,000 more a year than she is. "
