"You will be paid about 60% of what you would make in a corporate job but there is very generous time off and tuition remission - great if you want a masters degree or if you have college age kids. "

"Great Community that views genders as an equal! Big bonus is most leadership is female driven starting with Julie Sullivan, so unequal behavior is not tolerated!"

"St. Thomas is a great non-profit to be involved with. Their mission is to move towards "All for the Common Good." The interview process was timely and stress free thanks to HR!"
