"Gender equality is not an issue. Individuals in key executive positions run the business in a slipshod fashion. The philosophy of serving youth with different abilities is noble. However leadership lacks ability, savoir faire, and artfulness when instructing and educating new employees. In addition to lacking integrity, supervisors employ a do or die method of communication. "
