"My maternity was 20 years ago before the current leadership....I left because didn't want to work with them anymore and they didn't want to work with me either. I was a rainmaker for the company, I set my own terms...they wanted me to conform to a business model I didn't think would grow myself or the company. Very mediocre thinking."
