"Some parts of the Bank are working hard to make changes to be more inclusive, but mid level managers are not held accountable to make changes and can sit with their unconscious biases without repercussion because they have “good intentions”. "

"See if you can find a better place to work. Your ideas will be dismissed, you'll be overlooked for promotions in favor of less-competent and less-experienced (always white) men and Human Resources only exists to protect US Bank from lawsuits. "

"US Bank plays favorites, and doesn't hide it. If you've been there for fifteen years and the head of your department loves you, you'll be able to work from home. One woman in my department worked two months out of every quarter from home! But other moms weren't allowed the same privileges, or supported in flexible work options. Most of the work is done by computer and there's literally no reason to be in an office, but the company is extremely resistant to giving its employees flexibility. "

"Working at US bank depends on the group. Several are high-churn, high stress with a lot of overtime. "
