"US Foods is a great company for women to work for. Working remotely is wonderful! When I need to attend school events, I am allowed the flexible of making that time up. I have worked for this company 19 years and plan on retiring with this company. Management is open minded. They support promoting from within. They are not only open to new ideas but encourage it. Expect Excellence, Team Up, You Matter, Talk Straight, Stop Waste, is our culture. You know you are apart of something, that is special. "

"Strong female leaders are recognized and encouraged to expand their career experience. Through employee resources groups and Women Foodservice Forum conference participation, US Foods offers endless opportunities for networking and professional growth. While the Executive Leadership team doesn't appear as equitable as other companies, the Senior Leadership team (one step down) is comprised of many faces, professional beginnings, and educational backgrounds as me and my counterparts. It's encouraging to be mentored by accessible female leaders who came from the same start I had. "

"Women are well respected and valued at US Foods. US Foods has continued to encourage growth and promotions for women in foodservice. It is not perfect in every location, but I feel that US Food leadership is focused on continuous improvement in support of women in foodservice. "

"I have been with the company for 6 months as a territory manager and could not be happier. I am a single mom of two young children and I am able to make sure everything is taken care of with the family and work with out feeling like I've compromised.
The flexibilty that US Foods offers is amazing and only makes me want to work harder for the company! "
