"US Foods shows their commitment to women's development in both their words AND actions. Each year sending hundreds of women to Women's Foodservice Forum to develop leadership skills and network. The recent addition of a female D&I VP is also a great sign of the importance US Foods is placing on developing and diversifying not only leadership positions but making US Foods an employer of choice for women in all stages of their career."

"I have worked for US Foods for many years. I have earned several promotions and have seen the culture of acceptance and diversity grow stronger each and every year. It has never been as strong as it is now. There is zero tolerance for anything but equal opportunity and I have always been treated fairly."
