"Shoot for a leadership role from the start because it is very difficult to land an internal promotion. Despite having an appropriate post-secondary degree, years of experience and proven leader (3 years with exceeding all metrics give by USF), you will be stuck in a support role.
It's clear to see that women stay in support roles whereas men with little experience and education are promoted because of the "bro culture ".
Very few women are in leadership roles outside of human resources & customer service."

"I really do love working for this company. There is an imbalance in my area when it comes to women in the workforce and diversity. I’ve been here a few years and I am now feeling the winds of change and noticing the immersion of D&I in our new way of hiring and working. I am enjoying the people the connections are incredible and the mentors are phenomenal. "

"I've been with the company for a year and I've now had two bosses - both women. From day one, I have felt valued and respected. I've been given opportunities to learn and advance. I applied for a new position and my original boss could not have been happier for me when I received the offer even tho it put her and the team in a bit of hardship. The support I've experienced first hand has been amazing and I'm so happy to work for this company!"
