"US Foods is a great organization with a lot of opportunity for growth. There are examples of successful, respected female leaders across the organization. There is also infrastructure within the organization to support women's growth in the form of a very active women's employee resource group and the company's active participation in/support of a foodservice industry wide resource group, the Women in Foodservice Forum. "

"Flexibility largely depends on the role. There is more flexibility in corporate/support function roles. Field leadership roles have less flexibility and field operations roles have limited flexibility, just due to the nature of the operation. "

"I love working with customers and building relationships. I like that US Foods provides me with tools to be able to run reports and analyze my numbers. It is fun to watch the business grow. There is always something new and exciting to learn. "

"As an employee for 17 years and my first and only job out of college, I can honestly say that this is a great company to work for. If you are looking for a great culture and opportunity for advancement this is a wonderful place to work at. "
