"Like most organizations, there is a strong company culture, which isn't for everyone. Those who are extremely successful adapt (or innately share) the same ideals; those who try to change the culture or resist it struggle. It is a wonderful environment to learn, grow.; opportunities presented are endless."

"Overall, management is flexible with providing a work life balance and flexibility to women with families. I have the ability to work remote a day or two a week and that helps, however, you have to be in certain roles to have that capability."
