"Be prepared for little work/life balance - the workload is huge so 10-12 hour days are almost expected - with no overtime.
Some colleagues treat women with little respect and there are no implications for doing so. I feel gaslighted by my boss and work feels like a constant uphill battle.
Some people are promoted for doing well at their job but not taken into account how they treat others.
There are token gestures but deep down there's only superficial change.
