"I have personally had a good experience at VaynerMedia. I've received adequate promotions and raises, however, I've also had to fight to have my voice and opinion heard particularly on teams that are made up of mostly men. On the other hand, I have had the opportunity to work on some accounts with primarily women and those experiences are always significantly more inclusive and strategic than those with the male-dominated teams. I've had interactions with toxic masculinity and inequality at the company but I truly feel those are more of a result of the person they were with rather than the culture that has been created. Vayner works really hard every day to try to be better. I believe if you have issues of inequality or sexism, there is always a safe space to raise the concern and come to a solution."

"Last year they fired about 100 without warning in the same day. The majority of these individuals were (very talented) women and some gay men, some in leadership positions (that they failed to fill afterward). They have continued to go downhill since then. Have heard permalancers refer to the company as like "Wolf of Wall Street". HR ignores complaints about lack of diversity, boys club culture, and gender discrimination."

"The ratio of men to women is pretty equal, overall. However, there's a way to go with promoting women to senior leadership roles."
