Most executives are men or if you find a woman, it's someone who has been at the company for 10+ years. They are sexist in meetings, content and overall.

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

The company already has women in leadership position and is open to work-life balance; however the treatment of ignoring the experience and going with what a male friend said undermines the physical policies.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. It depends on the position the woman would occupy. While middle and lower skilled female employees are treated professionally, the leadership doesn't really appreciate the experience brought by those women who are in higher positions. Overall company vibe is based on the buddy/frat system and feels like lots of mansplaining is a norm.
