"As long as you are on a remote based team, there is a lot of flexibility. If your position requires coming to the office, there is not flexibility. If you are unlucky enough to be in office regularly, prepare to be watched closely by leadership noting the number of time you leave your desk to refill water or how long you socialize with others (even if that talking is work related)"

"If you like having control of your own career, run away from here. The backstabbing, cattiness, and two-faced managers make this place worse than junior high. The expectations to pay ratio are hilarious at best, and there were many times where I was teaching my boss how to do things...and I KNOW she was making double what I was.
As far as male colleagues - since there were very few of them - they were treated as kings. Their ideas in meetings - no matter what they were - were always considered and/or praised. Managers were friendly with male colleagues and cordial at best with female colleagues. Men were promoted very quickly. "
