Updated parental leave is amazing; following FMLA &Short Term Disability (company pays for STD) you get 4 weeks 100% company paid for "Bonding Time". This applies not just for women but for males and parents adopting. The biggest issue for women here are promotions. We have very few women in leadership and promotions for women often appear to be based on appearance rather then merit.

Many of the managers are not held accountable to anyone. Ive worked for two different managers. One called me babe, hunny, sweetie, ect... and the other is so biased towards the only man admin is disturbing. Know thast there is ZERO room for growth here, no matter what HR says. If you want to move up in the company, you become an agent.

The hours can be long, though most managers are open to flexible hours. The industry seems to expect long hours, and Operations in particular makes you feel like you need to stay until X is done. In project management, no one has a family with very few exceptions...

A great place to work and grow for women. The flexibility options are there, you must take them up and not worry what others think about it. I've been working a compressed week for 7 years and the day at home with my children has made all the difference (and I've been promoted 3 times!)
