I love the work I do. I would tell them you will never truly be a part of the group. They want you to work hard and shut your mouth. they will have you do all the training for the leadership roles yet you will never be one yourself.

Most of the time things are fine but there are managers and higher ups who comment on women's looks. There are also women who are able to call some of them out.

Treat employees as equals, owner works there and treats female employees like she is better than them as if her economic status makes her better. She ask you to dress better when you are wearing the best you got and giving 100% to the job. She is very rude to ppl with lesser means including customers

May 2016

Although it varies from department to department, most of the university is committed to its social justice roots and wants its employees to feel challenged and appreciated. One thing is that the University is going through so many changes and high-level staff shakeups. This could go either way, but it's a good time to seize opportunity.
