There are more women than men who work here, which is great. All of my bosses were women and were understanding about work-life balance.

Lots of women in various positions. Can't say that I ever picked up even a hint of anything resembling inequality. Would like to see a woman in the one of the exec level positions at some point: CEO/COO/CFO.

    A big issue in academia is the hiring of two spouses (two-body problem). This is a huge issue at this institute and many professors have left because this employer will not acknowledge this two-body issue.

There's a sense of "paying your dues" to grow within the company, but for women its much more disproportionate. There are few women in VP positions, if any. You work along side some really great, talented individuals and that was the best part, but the culture is dismal, especially as it pertains to the growth of women.
