"I have worked for Vituity for 1.5 years in a busy Emergency Department. I provide direct support to Emergency Department Providers and patients. Vituity was amazing when COVID first hit and schools were shut down. I was able to work a hybrid schedule of remote/on-site so I could be home while my daughter was doing online school. I am expected to grow professionally which I appreciate. I feel as this company really values home/work balance. "

"Do not expect to recieve fair treatment as ypur male couter parts. Do not expect to obtain fair treatment for anything unless your spouse is in leadership or you have a political connection. You can advance through the partnership even if your creditials are nonexistent. "
