"There is great opportunity across the VML network for women in all disciplines. Certainly, some of the strongest leaders are women. The merger with Y&R may bring changes, but a strong, capable leader would be embraced- woman or man. "

"I think flexibility is a broad term, so it's difficult to answer. For instance, you can certainly work from home as needed. If a personal item pops up, your team will definitely cover for you and there isn't any grief from management. However, VML Atlanta still has room to grow in celebrating different professional styles. "

"This is a culture where women are in charge, but they are bullies. They do not lift other women up as they rise. There is no value for diversity and HR will ask you to check/send email while on maternity leave. "
