There are efforts being made to improve human resource policies and working conditions for everyone, and I think these chagnes will most benefiicla to the women in the office.

They were very open to me taking as much time as I wanted (unpaid, unfortunately), and for me to come back part time and ease back into full time hours in the office.

February 2016

I worked there slightly over 4 years. If you are part of the "club" you will go far, but even the "club" will throw you under the bus. It is best to always have an exit plan.

June 2015

I worked at Pfizer for 3 1/2 years, and there are a lot of women around the company. There are fewer in the more technical departments (IT, Finance, Research), although I don't know that it's because of systematic discrimination. Very few mid-level women seem to make it to the top, and I don't see good programs for mentorship to improve those numbers. In general, it feels like men and women are treated equally.
