"Boy's club... sexist comments, jokes etc. are commonplace and male employees in Management positions (or other positions of power) are not reprimanded.
Human Resources department is virtually non-existent. Even after documenting and reporting that something had occurred, HR's employees share that information with any, and everyone, above you in management (without your knowledge nor consent).
Horrible place for women to work."

"You need to be prepared to contend with and strategize around a workplace which where gender and race are concerned, managers all say the right things but behave in a way that was last standard in 1999. That said, it is NOT a place where sexual harassment or open discrimination will be tolerated. Subtle but meaningful forms proliferate."
