    Company rolled out "unlimited time off" in 2016. Pros: Family emergencies and maternity leave is treated very delicately. Cons: Approval and review of "appropriate" leave time for unregulated absences is left up to manager discretion based on requirements of your position within your work group (e.g. don't bank on going to your daughter's high school graduation if it's bad timing for your unconcerned boss).

I've worked here for 5 years and have been pregnant twice in that time. I've had a wonderful experience, but I should specify that I work in a predominantly female department with a great manager--and in California, so funds I received during maternity leave were all from the state, not from the company. Do your homework!

I worked here 2 years and there are many females in the sales force but very few females in leadership roles. The bonus structure is completely subjective, they decide whether you contributed to your results or not, and it is not even close to the 100% of your salary that they communicated through the recruiting process. They will promote individuals to replace directors but not give title changes. I have personally witnessed that females are underpaid v. their male counterparts.
