It can be a boys club when you try to suggest changes to process. They agree to your face but then sabotage on the back end

There is currently no policy to allow employees to work from home or alter their hours as needed. I do know of a few people who have been able to adjust their in office and remote working hours, but this is the anomaly.

May 2018

The Company is broken. Newly graduated engineers stay for one to two years as a "starter Job" then move on. The piece work system and the quality of skilled labor is dropping by the month. The recent start up of the Women in Lincoln Leadership or WILL an employee resource group was highly criticized by men of all levels of the company.

Incorporate secretaries (exclusively women) into the culture of the firm (i.e. a lot of value is given to solicitors and associates over secretary and support roles).

You can not beat the benefits. Free tuition for your children is a gift. I understand that the trade-off is a salary on the lower end of the scale, but after your children graduate, the pay is still at the same level.

March 2016

I've worked here for 9 years and there are women in each department but there's just not a lot of women who work in construction management. It's a very competitive environment. Management is understanding when schedules conflict with home responsibilities.
