"The employer is does not have a blanket rule with regards to flexibility. It varies depending on the manager. Some men have worked from home for multiple months at a stretch while women are accountable to spend every single minute in the office. No wellness room to pump . Was offered a conference with no lock. Had to book empty office rooms depending on availability at a stretch. "

"Weatherford is a great place to work IF you work with the right group. Some department managers are not interested in creating great company culture and are more concerned with the bottom line. "
