"I did enjoy the culture, activities, events, and managed to succeed by taking my own initiative. My interactions with male managers were mostly constructive, and I benefited from their expertise and enthusiasm."

"No room to grow at all. Been with the company for over 3 years now and no movement in positions. Have exceeded with yearly and mid- year reviews as well as take opportunities outside my role. Whenever you bring up a promotion it is always the same excuse with not needed. No additional training throughout being here and no career path set. "
