"It's balance - if you need to step away for a "life" need, you can do it. But the work still needs to get done. The company runs lean, and so it's on every employee to juggle priorities. There is always more work to be done. To be successful, prioritize and don't get caught up when priorities change. "

"A lot has changed in 2020. The company used to place a high value on in person conversations, but they have seen success during COVID with remote work. We see signs that flexibility of employee location is here to stay. "

"That the CEO is female but most VP's are male, so the presentation this is a female friendly work environment is there, but the supporting management roles under her is male heavy. This trickles down into the departments. Depending on the VP you will face adversity as a woman"

"The flexibility is presented, but not truly accessible. I am allowed the opportunity to work from home as needed, but role overload is so intense that I do not feel free to use it. Summer Fridays are available, but I can't take advantage because I am so inundated with work I need the time to catch up. "
