"Works well around my family schedule. If my child is sick, or needs to be picked up, they are good about letting me leave, no questions asked."

"Its a massive company with a lot of bureacracy. IT, HR, etc are all very much figure it out yourself and do it yourself. But, I enjoy the team I work with and the work we do, which are the most important things to me. I've only been here about 9 months, so I'm still somewhat new to the platform. I haven't been through a review and bonus season or a promotion year yet."
